Is the trial a demo?
No. Your Access Code opens the live UnifiedONE platform. You connect real Microsoft tenants and see real results, under each tenant's own rules.
We are not an MSP. Can we try UnifiedONE?
Yes. Contact us and tell us about your organisation. We send you an Access Code so you can try UnifiedONE on your own Microsoft tenant.
How do MSPs get an Access Code?
Create your account, choose Join as an MSP and we verify your MSP account before the Access Code is issued.
How many customers can an MSP onboard?
Up to 15 customers during the 30-day trial.
What happens when the 30 days end?
We email you before your trial ends, with the number of days left. If you do nothing, your subscription starts automatically on the payment method you chose, Microsoft Marketplace or Stripe. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to continue.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as your needs change. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
Do we need Microsoft Defender for Endpoint?
No. Keep CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Bitdefender, ESET, Sophos or another endpoint security product. UnifiedONE connects validated threat intelligence and helps protect supported Microsoft identities, sign-ins and email in each eligible tenant, depending on its Microsoft licences, configuration, permissions and authorisation.
Do we need our own Microsoft tenant?
An MSP does not: you can start by creating customer tenants and connecting them to Microsoft. A business connects its own Microsoft tenant.
